Our service fee covers time and expertise for preparing/reviewing your ITR and refund claim. Since professional time is invested, payments are generally non‑refundable after work begins.

Eligible cases

• Duplicate payment charged by mistake.
• Payment processed but service not initiated within 7 business days.

Ineligible cases

• Change of mind after work started.
• Delays due to incomplete/incorrect information or documents from the client.
